Returns and Exchanges

30-day return window
You (the customer) have 30 days to return the order to us. Unfortunately, if an item is returned beyond the 30-day period; you (the customer) are responsible for shipping the product back to us; on this basis, you (the customer will be charged a $15.00 restocking fee (per order) to be returned.
For a full refund, the item must be unused and returned in the same condition as received, including the original packaging.
 
 
Global (International) Return
Unfortunately, we currently do not have any services. You (the customer) will be solely responsible for returning products to us using any service you choose at your own expense. However, you will not receive a refund for the original shipping (or other charges).

Our Refund and Exchange Policy
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that the return has been received and to approve/deny your refund or exchange.

If you are approved, your refund/exchange will be processed immediately and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit/debit card or original payment method. In the case of an exchange, the correct pair will be shipped to the address to which the previous order was shipped, or if otherwise stated.
*Please Note* - We ask that you add a small note to your package when you send it back to us stating that this is a refund or exchange to make it easier for our fulfillment staff to make the correct exchange or refund.
*Please Note* - All refunds/reimbursements are made through PayPal and may take 5-7 days to reflect on the customer's bank statement.
